Owl

Sunny weather...
I search everywhere
Throat dried
Eyes Closed...........
I wonder where on earth
Will I get the water
To quench my thirst........

  17. A cool slant on the prompt - a thirsty owl. One doesnt often think about birds getting thirsty. But they certainly must!

  18. Poor owl--the one in the photo looks miserable and the poem goes right along with it. I never thought of owls getting thirsty for water. Guess I thought they got moisture from their prey.
