The 2nd largest beach
Its a lovely treat..
Morning walk.....
With lovely breeze.
Want to play in cool waters..
Walking along the Sandy path.
Had a horrible Scene
Reach all alone shore
No place to enjoy...
Had tears to see
Such beautiful place to go waste
No respect No care
For the mother nature .....
Selfish Lazy people
Throwing just everything on the shore......
One morning me my hubby wanted to take my son to the beach as there will not be much crowed and We can have a peaceful time.... But what we found was this and this is so pathetic..... i can never ever forget that day how bad people are ............
Love and Be Loved...... God has created us in a purpose to live a beautiful life. Lets live with happiness and Care.....

ugh how ugly....what we do to our planet and some of the beautiful places....
ReplyDeleteOh... that is sad. Wherever I look, I find the same scenery... Well-portrayed.

Wow how sad a scene! Thanks for taking on this prompt in such a meaningful way!
ReplyDeleteouch that is painful and horrible and your poem captures your heart. Great writing.
ReplyDeleteDisgusting. Some people can be SUCH "pigs." Makes me ill to see how little respect humans can have for nature & for one another.
ReplyDeleteI have seen similar sites such as this and am amazed at the lack of care- especially with trash bins close by...who do they think will clean this up?
ReplyDeleteIt's a world wide phenomena - in Port Aransas though once a month volunteers go to the beach and clean everything up, the trash, the seaweed, the debris that has floated in..so for a short while it is clean again. Summer and spring break bring the most misuse. I would say when we saw trash that they wouldn't have that in their homes, but now I think otherwise. I think many people expect others to pick up after them wherever they are. Thoughtful piece.
ReplyDeleteoh it's a shame when people litter such beautiful places...sad...same over here in the forest sometimes... makes me sad about the carelessness and thoughtlessness..
ReplyDeleteWe have beach clean-ups several times a year (we're about 60 miles inland).
ReplyDeleteYour sad poem is an important reminder of the importance of our behavior as humans. I recently spoke with a swamp preservationist who said he likes some people very much but that as a species we are not so good. Your poem and pictures intensify this truth.
ReplyDeleteThis makes me want to cry ......
ReplyDeleteoh too bad..
ReplyDeleteWhat a sad moment. So disturbing.
